The call for actors for Short+Sweet Canberra has now closed.
Actors - if you love working with new writers this is the gig for you. Or if you’ve got loads on and not much time available, or if you are between projects or have been out of the industry for a while, or if you just love performing at every opportunity, this is the gig for you. We need experienced and emerging actors to perform at the Canberra Theatre Centre Studio and The Street theatre. If you are interested please email your CV and a headshot to katie@shortandsweet.org
You will need to prepare a short piece for the auditions which will take place on the weekend of July 18-19. We will contact you to let you know the time and day of your audition.
The auditions will take place at the Canberra Theatre Centre Courtyard Studio.
Writers, directors and actors participate in Short+Sweet Theatre Canberra on a voluntary basis, but there are prizes and professional development opportunities on offer for winning plays.
Short+Sweet Theatre Canberra 2009 will be held from September 2-5, 2009 at the Canberra Theatre Centre and The Street Theatre. For more information click here
